PREPERATIONS
We require the cargo space to be completely clean when loading with us. You must sweep the platform before arriving at Iggesund. Small pieces of rubber or debris risk destroying the load. Please also ensure that the loading belt is prepared.
SAFETY
Visibility clothing must be worn AT ALL TIMES! Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Engine idle running is prohibited!.
ARRIVAL
Drive up to the gate and state your reference number into the intercom. Wait for the green light to be admitted.
When you have been admitted through the gate, drive straight ahead. Pay attention to internal vehicles and trucks.
Keep to the right when you arrive at the port.
Take the first left after you have entered the port area.
Park outside the R at warehouse 3 and remain in the truck until loading begins.
LOADING
During loading, it is important that you ensure that the forklift driver has a good view of you and that you maintain eye contact.
Do not stand in front of the truck while it is lifting. Stand visibly to the side.
SECURING CARGOES
Once loaded, you can secure the load on the platform. Use approved straps and edge protectors.
You will receive your shipping documents from the forklift driver when the loading is completed.
