Our operating hours for loading is 06:00-22:00 Monday to Thursday. Reception is manned 06:30-15:00. Please Note: Last admission for loading is at 21:00. Fridays 06:00-18:00 (17:00).

Parking for an extended time or night parking in the area is prohibited due to fire protection regulations.

Road 68 has recently been rerouted and your GPS often shows an incorrect map. To arrive at Stora Enso Fors, turn off road 68 towards Fors and continue straight ahead.

Turn off road 68 at this intersection. Follow the signs to Stora Enso Fors loading "Dispatch".

PREPARATIONS

When loading at our production plant, we require that your cargo space is completely clean and free from distinct odours. Please clean your cargo space before you arrive at Stora Enso Fors. If your cargo space does not meet our requirements, we will reject the truck and you will not be allowed to load our products.

ARRIVAL

Park the truck and go into the loading office. Always start by checking in on our computer. If the loading office is open, speak with the loading office staff. If loading office is not staffed, bring your check-in print out, go to the warehouse, and ring the bell for further assistance.

SAFETY

We require that you have the correct safety equipment (protective eyewear, high visibility vest, helmet, and safety shoes) while on site, and that you follow our rules prohibiting smoking, engine idling, and overnight stays in vehicles Your safety is important to us. Do you have any questions? Please speak with our staff in the loading office.

All personnel on-site wear Cyclope Move safety devices for enhanced visibility and collision prevention. The device emits bright lights to ensure you can easily see workers in your surroundings. Please remain vigilant and follow all signals from the device to avoid accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

LOADING INSTRUCTIONS

Reverse the truck to the dock where you are asked to load. Do not open the rear doors of the truck before reversing to the dock.

When the truck is in place, apply the Swedoc wheel lock. Turn the knob until the light turns green, then go into the warehouse.

When you come into the warehouse, you will see a cage. Press the doorbell and wait to be let in.

Stand in the highlighted box throughout the whole loading procedure. The forklift driver will not drive into your trailer/cargo space if you are not in the highlighted box.

If you must go into your trailer/cargo space during loading, wait until the forklift has reversed out and give a clear signal to the forklift driver that you have to enter your trailer/cargo space.

Please Note: The forklift driver will not drive into the trailer/cargo space until you have returned to the highlighted box.

Use the approved edge protection when securing the load. Do not climb onto the load. Use a ladder if necessary. If possible, wait to secure the load until the loading is finished and you have driven away from the dock.

Upon completion of loading, go to loading office to pick up your shipping documents. Once you have received your shipping documents, remove the Swedoc wheel lock from your truck. You may then drive away from the dock.
